- An Annual Permit is required to keep more than two dogs.
- An Annual Permit is required to keep female or male dogs, which are not de-sexed.
- Property owner’s consent is required for keeping of dogs on rental properties.
- Dogs are to be effectively restrained at all times when outside of their registered address (i.e. on beaches, streets, public areas, etc).
