Torres Shire Council advises that any local organisations/persons may conduct a regular stall for sale of arts & crafts and other merchandise from Council land located at Engineers Wharf Park by paying an annual public liability insurance/administration fee of $50.00.
A refundable annual security bond of $50.00 will be required to ensure that the stall site is left in a neat and tidy condition.
