Torres Shire Council wishes to advise our community and our region that Council has encountered a number of logistical obstacles that have significantly impacted on the scope, scale and timing of this year’s Winds of Zenadth Cultural Festival. Because of these obstacles, Council has made a very hard decision to postpone the Festival until 2023.
