Torres Shire Council TSCSRP Community Grants

 

Torres Shire Council in collaboration with the Queensland Department of Sport, Racing and Olympic and Paralympic Games currently administers the Torres Strait Community Sport and Recreation Program (TSCSRP).

Under the TSCSRP, there are funding opportunities to support community members and organisations in our area, assisting them with the costs of travelling and participating in sporting and recreation activities and events.

Participation Program Grant Funding

  • Supports community members, local sporting clubs and individuals to travel and participate in physical activities and sporting events.
  • Open to Community Members and Organisations within Torres Shire Council (TSC)

Small Grants Program Funding

  • Provides support for individual athletes to attend competition and/or training opportunities such as the Peninsula Trials, State and National Trials etc
  • Open to Community Members and Organisations within Torres Shire Council (TSC) and Torres Strait Island Regional Council (TSIRC)
