Council has approved the following dates for the 2026 Council Ordinary Meetings

  • Residents are welcome to attend and be part of the public gallery and observe the proceedings.
  • Deputations require 14 days’ notice in advance for a meeting date and all requests for consideration are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer.

 112.6 Council Meeting Dates 2026 Adjustment

RECOMMENDATION Min. 26/4 /12 Moved: Deputy Mayor Toshio Nakata Seconded: Cr Thomas Loban 

That pursuant to section 257 of the Local Government Regulation 2012, the ordinary meeting of Council dates for the month of May and October 2026 have been amended to 26 May 2026 and 27 October 2026.
