The Torres Shire Council invites all tenders for the construction of stage 4 of the Thursday Island cycleway and associated civil works at Douglas Street, Thursday Island.
Tender documentation may be obtained from www.vendorpanel.com.au on the 13th October 2025.
Tenders must be submitted through www.vendorpanel.com.au no later than 5.00pm on the 7th of November 2025.
Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in tender specification.
