Sports Complex
The Torres Shire Sports Complex is a multi-purpose stadium which doubles as a basketball and volleyball court. It is regularly used by residents and community organisations alike, with sports carnivals scheduled throughout the year.
Built in 1984, then renovated and refurbished in 2014-2015, it has long been established as a fun place for children and adults to spend their time. Situated on the grounds are the Swimming Pool and the newly erected Gymnasium.
The stadium and pool are available for hire, however, make sure you book early!
Please Note: All fees are including GST and are payable to the Torres Shire Council Main Office.
